Registration

EVENT IS FULL – Starting 3/17/2019 all NEW Registrants will be placed on the Event’s Waiting List in the order they are received. As we received cancellations, we will contact the Wait Listed Registrants by email to see if they are still interested in attending. About 1 month prior to the event we will post both here and on our FaceBook page any available openings created by cancellations if no Wait Listed Registrants remain.

Each registrant and Captain must complete and submit a separate registration form.  The tournament is limited to the first 100 Children/Youths to register, and early registration is encouraged. Registration for non-NGCA members begins on March 1, 2019.

The Parent/Guardian/Sponsor who will be fishing with the registered child/youth is who should be listed on the Child/Youth Registration forms. All other Parent/Guardian/Sponsor information may be included under the emergency contact information sections and they may also email the Event Director directly at dmlarbus1@gmail.com.

In addition, EACH Registrant, Captain, Volunteer, Participant/Attendee at this event must read the Tournament Rules & Regulations and sign and submit a completed Liability/Photo & News Release & Disclaimer Form Prior To the event’s start; failure to do so will prohibited the individual from partaking in the event.

Registration Forms may be obtained from this BLOG and submitted in several ways.
